These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PaxPilot, operated by First AI Holdings LLC. By requesting a demo, joining the waitlist, or using PaxPilot once live, a customer agrees to these terms and any order form or agreement signed separately.
PaxPilot is a managed AI service that answers guest and customer enquiries on behalf of a business, across website chat, WhatsApp, voice, and Instagram, and helps convert those enquiries into direct bookings, synced to the business’s own systems.
Customer accounts are provisioned directly by the PaxPilot team as part of onboarding. A customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information, rates, and policies it provides to PaxPilot, and for keeping its own channel credentials and integrations authorized and current.
PaxPilot may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate another business or person outside an authorized customer relationship, or in a way that interferes with the security or normal operation of the service.
Fees are based on the plan selected at signup, billed to a card on file. Full billing terms, including how metered usage and overage are calculated, are set out in the customer’s order form and the PaxPilot pricing terms provided at signup.
PaxPilot retains all rights to its own software, models, and platform. A customer retains all rights to its own brand, content, and guest data.
PaxPilot is provided on an “as is” basis. While PaxPilot is built with human oversight and escalation, no AI system is guaranteed to be error-free. Full disclaimer and liability language, including any limitation of liability, will be finalized with legal counsel before publication.
Either party may terminate service as set out in the customer’s order form. PaxPilot may suspend service for non-payment, as described in the billing terms provided at signup.
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to First AI Holdings LLC’s jurisdiction of operation. The final governing law and venue will be confirmed with legal counsel.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
